Grant Aggregate’s Sudbury location houses a well-equipped 14,000 square foot fabrication facility. With two overhead cranes (5 ton and 7 ton), 300 ton break press, 10 ft shear, 3 iron workers, 2 saws, 3 lathes, 2 milling machines, a burning table and a threading machine, we have the tools to get the job done right.
Having licensed and experienced tradesman, (welders, fitters, mill wrights and machinists) ensures that the job is done accurately.
For over 15 years, Grant Aggregate has been repairing and rebuilding shaft mount reducers. During this time we have accumulated a large inventory of new and surplus parts that allow us to economically repair reducers that under regular circumstances may have been too expensive to rebuild. Although our focus is on shaft mount reducers, we have the capability and knowledge to repair other types of reducers.
With our fabrication facility/our parts inventory/our supplier network and co-ordination with our sales team, you can count on us for repairing your part or piece of equipment in a timely and cost effective manner whether it be an emergency or planned repair.
With our design team and software available, Overland Conveyor Inc., Auto-Cad and Solid Works we can design the proper conveyor to suit the application.
Whether it be a smaller winged receiving hopper, rock box receiving hopper or 25-30 cubic yard bins fed with a loader, we have the expertise to fabricate a bin suitable to your application.
Grant aggregate can fabricate any style/size grizzly to suite your needs.
Elevating wheels are available for your jaw roll crushing plants including 443 and 544 Cedarapids Commander Plants.
We can also fabricate guards to fit your application such as tail conveyor guards, flywheel guards, etc.
